摘 要:糖代谢与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭及转移密切相关,是恶性肿瘤的重要特征。HIF-1α是肿瘤细胞糖代谢表型转变的关键性因子,许多关键通路都通过HIF-1α与糖酵解相关联。针对HIF-1α-糖酵解通路及其调控因子的靶向治疗将成为肿瘤治疗新的方向。本文对近年来以HIF-1α及其上游调控因子为主要核心的恶性肿瘤糖代谢的分子机制及靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述。Glucose metabolism is closely related to the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of tumors,and is an important feature of malignant tumors.HIF-1αis a key factor in the phenotypic transition of carbohydrate metabolism in tumor cells,and many key pathways are related to glycolysis through HIF-1α.Targeted therapy for HIF-1α-glycolysis pathway and its regulatory factors will become a new direction for tumor therapy.This article summarized the research progress of the molecular mechanism and targeted therapy of carbohydrate metabolism in malignant tumors with HIF-1αand its upstream regulatory factors in recent years.
