摘 要:[目的]研究从蛹虫草菌渣中综合提取分离虫草素、多糖、多肽的最佳工艺。[方法]以虫草素、多糖、多肽含量为指标,采用正交试验考察提取温度、液料比、提取时间以及提取次数4因素对虫草素、多糖、多肽综合提取得率的影响,并经过膜过滤技术、酶解技术将三者有效地分离。[结果]虫草素、多糖、多肽综合提取分离最佳工艺条件:在95℃下,用16倍量的水热回流提取2.0h,2次,滤液在经过膜过滤技术、酶解技术将三者有效分离。[结论]优选的实验工艺具有提取效率高、省时、省溶剂等优点。To study the best technology for comprehensive extraction and separation of cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides from cordyceps militaris residue. Taking the contents of cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides as indexes, an orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of extraction temperature, ratio of liquid to material, extraction time and extraction time on the comprehensive extraction rate of cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides, and membrane filtration technology and enzymatic hydrolysis technology were used to separate effectively cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides.The optimum conditions for comprehensive extraction and separation of cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides are as follows: cordycepin, polysaccharides and peptides were processed at 95°C two times by heat reflux extraction with 16 times amount of water for 2.0 hours, and then the filtrate was effectively separated by membrane filtration technology and enzymatic hydrolysis technology. The optimized experimental process has the advantages of high extraction rate, time-saving, solvent-saving and so on.
