颈部皮肤软骨瘤一例

摘　　要：患者,女,18岁。颈部肤色结节10余年。组织病理示真皮内可见一境界清楚的被纤维包膜包围的团块,主要由成熟透明软骨细胞组成。结合临床表现及组织病理,诊断为皮肤软骨瘤。A 18-year-old female presented with a skin-coloured nodule on the neck for more than 10 years.Histopathological examination showed a well-circumscribed nodule surrounded by a fifibrous capsule.The dermal nodule mainly consisted of mature hyaline chondrocytes.Based on the clinical and histological features,the diagnosis of chondroma cutis was made.
