斜视术后重度眼睑水肿的发生原因

摘　　要：目的探讨斜视手术后发生眼睑水肿的原因和预防处理策略。方法回顾757例斜视手术病例,统计分析不同眼外肌斜视术后1天和1周眼睑水肿的发生率及发生原因。结果水平肌斜视术后1天、1周眼睑水肿发生率分别为0.0%、0.3%,垂直肌斜视术后1天、1周眼睑水肿发生率分别为13.4%、3.1%,两组之间存在明显差异性;上下直肌、上斜肌、下斜肌斜视术后引起的眼睑水肿严重程度具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论斜视术后眼睑水肿常发生于垂直肌肉手术,尤以上斜肌手术发生率高且严重。Objective To explore the causes of eyelid edema after strabismus surgery and the prevention and treatment strategies.Methods A review of 757 cases of strabismus surgery was performed,and the incidence and causes of eyelid edema 1 day and 1 week after the operation of different extraocular muscle strabismus were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of eyelid edema at 1 day and 1 week after horizontal muscle strabismus was 0.0%and 0.3%,respectively.The incidence of eyelid edema at 1 day and 1 week after vertical muscle strabismus was 13.4%and 3.1%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The severity of eyelid edema caused by the operation of the superior and inferior rectus,superior oblique,and inferior oblique strabismus has a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Eyelid edema after strabismus surgery often occurs in vertical muscle surgery,especially the incidence of superior oblique muscle surgery is high and serious.
