摘 要:目的探讨问题教学法(PBL)结合案例教学法(CBL)在基层医师乳腺癌筛查诊断技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取参加第5届(2018—2019年)基层医师骨干进修班的50名基层医师作为对照组,参加第6届(2019—2020年)基层医师骨干进修班的50名基层医师作为试验组。对照组采用传统教师授课(LBL)教学法,试验组采用PBL结合CBL教学法。比较两组学员的考试成绩和教学满意度。结果试验组的理论成绩及实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的教学满意度各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合CBL教学法应用于基层医师乳腺癌筛查诊断技能培训中,能够有效提高基层医师的综合能力及教学满意度,值得在临床带教中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)on training of breast cancer screening and diagnosis skills for primary doctors.Methods A total of 50 primary doctors who participated in the fifth(2018-2019)backbone training courses for primary doctors were selected as control group,and 50 primary doctors who participated in the sixth(2019-2020)backbone training courses for primary doctors were selected as experimental group.The control group used traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method,and the experimental group used PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method applied in training of breast cancer screening and diagnosis skills for primary doctors can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of primary doctors,which is worthy to be popularized in clinical teaching.
