摘 要:目的探讨强化创新思维及科研理念培养的教学模式在肝胆外科临床实习中的应用效果,以期提高实习生实习质量和综合素质。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科126名实习生为研究对象,通过数字表法将其分为试验组(n=64,强化创新思维及科研理念培养教学模式)和对照组(n=62,传统教学模式)。采用坚毅量表对两组实习生进行心理测评;调查实习生及带教老师对新教学模式的满意度;比较两组实习生的出科考核成绩。结果试验组实习生的专注力和坚韧人格评分及坚毅量表总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组实习生的心理韧性和进取心评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的实习生满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习生对创新性研究能力培养及肝胆外科实习兴趣的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教老师对试验组实习生学习兴趣的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生的理论考试及临床实践操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强化创新思维及科研理念培养的新教学实习模式能够提高实习生坚毅评分和探索创新的兴趣,提升其专注力和坚韧人格方面的品质,最终达到提高实习质量和综合素质的目的。Objective To explore the application effect of teaching mode of strengthening innovative thinking and scientific research concept training in clinical practice of hepatobiliary surgery in order to improve the practicing quality and comprehensive quality of interns.Methods A total of 126 interns from the hepatobiliary surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of Xi'an jiaotong university from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The interns were divided into experimental group(n=64,teaching mode of strengthening innovative thinking and scientific research concept training)and control group(n=62,traditional teaching mode)by number table method.The two groups were given psychological evaluation by perseverance scale;the satisfaction and teachers with the new teaching model were investigated;the graduation examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of concentration,hardiness personality and total score of perseverance scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the scores of psychological toughness and enterprise between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of interns on innovative research ability cultivation and hepatobiliary surgery practice interest in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of teaching teachers on the learning interest of interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of theoretical examination and clinical practice between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The new teaching practice mode of strengthening innovative thinking and scientific research
