摘　　要：2020年1月,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在中国首先被发现,随着疫情传播速度加快,防控形势严峻。面对突如其来的疫情,我院作为一所非定点收治新冠肺炎患者的三级甲等综合医院,护理部垂直管理,整合护理人力资源,按照三期五类调配管理,及时培训,统配各类资源,在有效地完成疫情防控工作的同时,较好地完成1例疑似新冠肺炎患者、2059例发热患者、479270例普通门诊患者、30179例住院患者的收治任务,无一例院内感染发生。现将具体管理情况总结如下,以便为疫情期间高效人力资源管理提供参考。In January 2020,the COVID-19 was first discovered in China;as the spread of the epidemic accelerated,the prevention and control situation was severe.In the face of the sudden epidemic situation,our hospital was a third-grade class-A general hospital for non-designated treatment of COVID-19 patients.The nursing department managed vertically,integrated nursing human resources,allocated management according to three phases and five categories,timely trained and uniformly allocated all kinds of resources.While effectively completing the epidemic prevention and control work,our hospital successfully completed the admission tasks of 1 suspected COVID-19 patient,2059 fever patients,479270 general outpatient patients and 30179 inpatients,and no nosocomial infection occurred.The specific management is summarized as follows to provide reference for efficient human resource management during the epidemic.
