协同创新视角下的大学生学业引导与管理模式研究

摘　　要：高校融入、参与并开展协同创新的目标和价值一方面在于提升在开放经济环境下推动知识转化、技术革新的优势作用,另_方面则是人才培养方面同样融入开放动态的经济社会与市场环境。从这个意义出发,对大学生学业的引导与管理需要从宏观战略高度出发,以协同创新为目标指导,在充分研判协同创新对高等教育人才培养、学科建设等基本问题的影响机制基础上,通过分析当前高校基于产学研用一体化模式而在学业指导问题上表现出来的问题,从而有针对性地对照协同创新的目标诉求,整合性、指导性地提出当代大学生学业引导与管理的路径。The goal and value of the integration,participation and collaborative innovation of colleges and universities lies in the promotion of the advantageous role of knowledge transformation and technological innovation in the open economic environment,on the other hand,the cultivation of talents is also integrated into the open dynamic economic,social and market environment.From this point of view,the guidance and management of College Students’studies should be carried out from a macro strategic perspective,guided by the goal of collaborative innovation.Based on the full study and judgment of the impact mechanism of collaborative innovation on the basic issues of higher education,such as personnel training,discipline construction,etc.,this paper analyzes the problems on academic guidance in the current universities based on the integration model of production,learning,research and application,Therefore,it puts forward the path of contemporary college students'academic guidance and management in accordance with the goal of collaborative innovation.
