摘　　要：文化传承与创新是新时期我国高校的重要职能之一,尤其是地方本科高校,在传承与创新地方优秀传统文化方面责无旁贷。以民俗文化为切入点,通过对安徽省应用型本科联盟高校的调查,初步了解地方本科高校在传承和创新优秀民俗文化方面存在的主要问题,进而针对存在的问题提出改进和优化的策略。从而促进地方本科高校充分发挥文化传承与创新的职能,提振新时代大学生的民族文化自信心。Culture inheritance and innovation is one of the important functions of universities in new era in China.In particular,the local universities are duty-bound to inherit and innovate the excellent traditional culture.In this paper,the folk culture is taken as the pointcut,based on the research of applied-alliance universities in Anhui province,a preliminary understanding of the main problems that existing in the inheritance an innovation of excellent folk culture in local universities has been obtained.And then,strategies for the improvement and optimization of the existing problems have been put forward.So that it could promote the local universities to give full play to the function of culture inheritance and innovation,and boost the national cultural self-confidence of universities students in new era.
