摘 要:传统方法在进行高速电机负载切换控制时,电机负载控制效果差,稳定性不佳。为此,结合比例谐振控制器,对高速电机负载切换进行控制,同时分析其系统稳定性。利用坐标转换,将三相交流绕组等效成两相直流绕组,呈现为旋转、垂直形式,使得变量部分解耦,获得两相旋转坐标系,构建高速电机数学模型;设计比例谐振控制器,确定控制器传递函数,设计高速电机负载切换控制框架,获得电机负载切换稳定控制差分方程;选取水冷高速永磁体同步电机为测试对象,确定最佳增益系数与截止频率,完成高速电机负载切换的稳定控制。采用Matlab/Simulink工具箱进行测试,实验结果表明,设计高速电机负载切换控制方法追踪的转速与实际转速曲线基本重合,高速电机达到平衡的时间较短,电机负载稳定性较高,当迭代次数增加到210次时,电机负载稳定性可达98%。When the traditional method is used for load switching control of high-speed motor,the effect of load control is poor and the stability is poor.Therefore,this paper combines the proportional resonance controller to control the load switching of high-speed motor,and analyzes the system stability.By using coordinate transformation,the three-phase alternating current winding is equivalent to two-phase direct current winding,which is in the form of rotation and vertical,so that the variables are partially decoupled,the two-phase rotating coordinate system is obtained,and the mathematical model of high-speed motor is constructed.The proportional resonance controller is designed,the transfer function of the controller is determined,and the load switching control frame of the high-speed motor is designed.Design the proportional resonance controller,determine the transfer function of the controller,design the load switching control framework of the high-speed motor,and obtain the load switching stability control difference equation of the motor.Select the water-cooled high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor as the test object,determine the best gain coefficient and cut-off frequency,and complete the stable control of high-speed motor load switching.Using Matlab/Simulink toolbox to test,the experimental results show that the speed traced by the load switching control method of the designed high-speed motor basically coincides with the actual speed curve,the time for the high-speed motor to reach balance is short,and the load stability of the motor is high.When the number of iterations increases to 210,the load stability of the motor can reach 98%.
