摘  要:为促进工业大麻性别诱导,减少田间人工作业成本,便于品系之间的组配,以工业大麻龙大麻6号为试验材料,探索外源药剂AgNO_(3)和GA_(3)喷施处理对工业大麻性别分化以及花粉生活力的影响。结果表明:AgNO_(3)和GA_(3)对工业大麻均有诱雄作用,可以显著降低雌雄植株比例。0.40 mmol·L^(-1)浓度的AgNO_(3)试剂、播种后80 d喷施,诱雄效果最佳。200 mg·L^(-1)浓度的GA_(3)试剂、播种后60 d喷施,诱雄效果最佳。In order to promote sex induction of industrial hemp,reduce the cost of field work and facilitate the combination between lines.In this experiment,industrial hemp Longma 6 was used as experimental materials to investigate the effects of two exogenous agents of AgNO_(3) and gibberellin(GA_(3))on sex differentiation and pollen viability of industrial hemp.The results showed that AgNO_(3) and GA_(3) had male inducing effect on industrial hemp,and could significantly reduce the proportion of famale-male ratio.It was the best effect of male induction to spray 0.40 mmol·L^(-1) AgNO_(3) at 80 days after sowing.It was the best effect of male induction to spray 200 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) at 60 days after sowing.
