摘 要:保障房是帮助住房困难群体实现“安居梦”的重大民生工程,具有惠民生、促和谐的重大社会和政治意义,同时还带有稳定房价、刺激消费、带动产业、拉动经济等促经济发展的期望。我国保障房政策运行时间较长,建设规模较大,为了探究其经济效应,为保障房政策绩效评价以及后续深化发展决策提供参考,采用文献研究法,全面梳理保障房建设对商品房市场、居民消费、经济增长等多方面的影响研究,结果归纳和总结了已有研究的局限与不足,并展望了保障房建设的经济效应后续研究的重点,可为相关研究提供参考。Indemnificatory housing is a major livelihood project to help people with housing difficulties realize their dreams of settling down,which is of great social and political significance to improve people’s livelihood and promote harmony.Meanwhile,it also can help to stabilize housing prices,stimulate consumption,drive industry and boost economy to promote economic development.The indemnificatory housing policy in China has been implemented for a long time,with a large construction scale.In order to explore its economic effects,to provide the reference for its performance evaluation and subsequent development,this paper comprehensively summarizes its impact on housing market,residents’consumption,economic growth and other aspects.It summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of existing studies,and looks forward to the focus of subsequent research on economic effect of indemnificatory housing construction,which can provide reference for relevant research.
