摘　　要：简述了实施企业补充保险福利项目的意义和主要内容,重点对实施中的具体做法进行了阐述,以期为更多企业福利项目的实施提供参考。This paper briefly describes the significance and main content of enterprise supplementary insurance welfare project,and focuses on the specific practices and main measures in the implementation,in order to provide reference for the implementation of more enterprise welfare projects.
