摘 要:目的本实验观察了IPSe.max制作的四种厚度瓷贴面使用三种试色糊剂后的透射率,为临床前牙美学修复瓷贴面的遮色选择提供了一定理论依据。方法IPSe.max Press LTA2制作四组厚度全瓷片(n=20):0.3mm、0.5mm、0.8mm、1.0mm;每组又分为对照组和实验组;对照组为未使用试色糊剂组(n=5);实验组分别为使用VarioLinkVeneer LV-3、MV0和HV+3三种试色糊剂(n=5);每组试样置于0.5mm厚A2色树脂片上。USB2000光谱仪分别测定对照组和实验组的瓷基牙修复体透射率。IBM SPSS25统计软件包对相关数据进行双因素方差分析,LSD法事后检验,检验水准为α=0.05。结果瓷层厚度,试色糊剂种类,以及二者的交互作用对透射率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同瓷层厚度间的透射率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MV0组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),LV-3组和HV+3组差异不显著(P>0.05);LV-3组和HV+3组分别与对照组和MV0组检验后有统计学意义(P<0.05),且透射率均值降低。结论通过选择不同瓷层厚度和试色糊剂可以有效模拟天然牙半透性。当IPS e.maxLt A2色全瓷厚度在0.3~1.0mm之间时,其半透性随厚度增加而降低;MV0糊剂可用于不需要改色的基牙,LV-3和HV+3相比MV0和对照组半透性降低,有一定的遮色能力,可用于瓷贴面粘接遮色指导。Objective This experiment observes the transmittance of four-thickness porcelain veneers made by IPSe.max after using three try-in pastes,and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of color-shielding of porcelain veneers for clinical anterior aesthetic restoration.Methods IPSe.max Press LTA2 made four groups of thickness allceramic plates(n=20):0.3 mm,0.5 mm,0.8 mm,1.0 mm;each group is divided into a control group and three experimental groups;the control group is without try-in paste(n=5);The experimental group used VarioLinkVeneer LV-3,MV0 and HV+3 three try-in pastes(n=5);each group of samples was placed on a0.5 mm thick A2 resin sheet.The USB2000 spectrometer was used to measure the transmittance of the porcelaindental-complex restorations of each group.The IBM SPSS25 statistical software performed a two-way ANVOA on the relevant data,LSD method post-test,and the test level isα=0.05.Results The thickness of the ceramic layer,the type of try-in pastes,and the interaction between the two have a significant effect on the transmittance(P<0.05).The transmittance difference between the thickness of the ceramic layers of each group is significant(P<0.05).The difference between the MV0 group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05),the difference between the LV-3 group and the HV+3 group was not significant(P>0.05);the LV-3 group and the HV+3 group were tested with the control group and the MV0 group,respectively the difference is significant at P<0.05,and the mean transmittance decreases.Conclusion The choice of different porcelain layer thickness and different try-in pastes can simulate the translucency of natural teeth.When the thickness of IPS e.max LtA2 is between 0.3~1.0 mm,its translucency decreases with the increase of thickness;MV0 paste can be used for abutments that do not need to change color,LV-3 and HV+3-paste compared with MV0 and the control group have reduced translucency and have a certain degree of shading ability,which can be used to guide porcelain veneer bonding and shading.
