单端全瓷粘接桥修复单个前牙缺失的2年随访观察

摘　　要：目的观察IPS e.max单端全瓷粘接桥在修复单个前牙缺失中的临床应用。方法选择35例单个前牙缺失患者,制作IPS e.max全瓷粘接桥进行单端全瓷粘接桥修复,采用美国公共健康协会(APHA)制定的评价标准对全瓷粘接桥修复后3个月、6个月、1年、2年进行临床应用观察。结果35例单端全瓷粘接桥在修复完成后3个月、6个月和1年内APHA的6项评价指标为A级;修复完成后2年,1例修复体修复体边缘着色及龈缘密合度为B级,其余均为A级。结论对于单个前牙缺失,IPS e.max单端全瓷粘接桥可以取得良好的临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical application of IPS e.max single-ended all-ceramic bonding bridge in repairing a single anterior tooth loss.Methods Thirty-five patients with a single anterior tooth loss were selected to make IPS e.max all-ceramic bonding bridges for single-ended all-ceramic bonding bridge restoration.The evaluation criteria set by the American Public Health Association(APHA)were used to repair all-ceramic bonding bridges.Observe clinical application for 3 months,6 months,1 year,and 2 years.Results In 35 cases of single-ended all-ceramic bonding bridges,the 6 evaluation indexes of APHA were grade A within 3 months,6 months and 1 year after the restoration was completed;2 years after the restoration was completed,1 case of restorations had stained edges and gingival The marginal tightness is grade B,and the rest are grade A.Conclusion For the loss of a single anterior tooth,IPS e.max single-ended all-ceramic bonding bridge can achieve good clinical results.
