摘　　要：目的探讨应用数字化修复体修复眶周合并颅骨缺损的临床效果。方法选择眶周缺损合并颅骨缺损病例5例,术前均行CT扫描,基于CT数据制作患者头颅树脂模型,利用镜像技术、CAD/CAM设计修复体,将设计的修复体利用铣削技术在钛块上完成。按照术前治疗方案进行手术,将修复体装配就位后,再应用螺钉完成固位,缝合手术切口。结果5例患者手术操作顺利完成,装配简便,修复效果满意,颜面部左右对称。随访5~14年,患者对面型恢复满意,无明显不适症状。结论数字化修复体在眶周缺损以及合并颅骨缺损患者的修复重建中,可以胜任对称修复的目的,操作简便,手术创伤减轻,减少了手术并发症的产生,为颅眶周骨缺损修复提供了一种新型并行之有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of digital prosthesis in repairing periorbital skull defect.Methods Five cases of periorbital combined with skull defect were selected.CT scanning was performed before surgery.The resin model of the patient’s head was made based on CT data.The supplement was designed by mirror technology and CAD/CAM,and the titanium supplement was made by milling technology.The surgical treatment was performed according to the preoperative design.After the patch was assembled in place,the screw was retained and the surgical incision was closed.Results The operation of 5 patients was successful,the assembly was simple,the repair effect was satisfactory,and the purpose of bilateral symmetry was achieved.The patients were followed up for 5~14 years,and their facial shape recovered satisfactorily without obvious discomfort symptoms.Conclusion In the repair and reconstruction of patients with periorbital defect and cranial defect,digital prosthetics can be qualified for the purpose of symmetrical repair,with simple operation,reduced surgical trauma and reduced surgical complications,which providing a new and effective method for the repair of cranial periorbital bone defect.
