摘 要:目的体外研究Er:YAG激光处理窝沟对光固化窝沟封闭效果的影响。方法将60颗离体前磨牙随机分成3组(n=20):A组Er:YAG激光能量一(能量100mJ、频率10HZ、100%水量、20S)处理窝沟+光固化窝沟封闭;B组Er:YAG激光能量二(能量200mJ、频率10HZ、100%水量、20S)处理窝沟+光固化窝沟封闭;C组低速手机小毛刷清洁窝沟+光固化窝沟封闭。扫描电镜观察牙体组织和光固化封闭剂之间的结合状况和密合度;体式显微镜下观察窝沟封闭剂渗入深度,计算光固化封闭剂的渗透率。结果扫描电镜显示,A组、B组窝沟封闭剂与牙体组织结合处紧密连续,较少的断裂纹;C组窝沟封闭剂与牙体组织结合连续,欠紧密。体式显微镜显示,A组和B组窝沟底部可见封闭剂渗入,基本无气泡产生,渗透率显著高于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Er:YAG激光处理牙面窝沟能显著提高窝沟封闭剂的渗透性。Objective In vitro study of the effect of Er:Yag Laser treatment on the sealing of pit and fissure.Methods Sixty premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20):Group A:Er:YAG Laser Energy1(100 mJ,10 HZ,100%water,20 S)treatment+light-cured pit and fissure closure;Group B:Er:YAG Laser Energy2(200 mJ,10 HZ,100%water,20 S)treatment+light-cured pit and fissure closure;Group C:Low speed mobile brush cleaning+light-cured pit and fissure closure.The adhesion between dental tissue and light-cured sealant was observed by SEM;The penetration depth of pit and fissure sealant was observed under Stereomicroscope,and the penetration rate of light-cured sealant was calculated.Results SEM showed that Group A and Group B were closely connected with the dental tissue and continuous with less fracture,Group C was not close and continuous with tooth tissue.Stereomicroscope showed that Group A and B,there was no air bubble in the bottom of pit and fissure,and the permeability was significantly higher than that in Group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG Laser treatment of pit and fissure can significantly improve the permeability of pit and fissure sealant,and is worthy of clinical application.
