摘  要:为确定超临界CO_(2)萃取野生百合的较佳条件,通过单因素试验分别对萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、CO_(2)流量、粉碎粒度和夹带剂6个方面进行试验,确定野生百合的最佳萃取工艺为萃取压力20 MPa、萃取温度45℃,萃取时间3.0 h,CO_(2)流量20 L/h,粉碎粒度60目,500 ml无水乙醇为夹带剂。在该条件下对梵净山地区3种野生百合和一种种植百合的鳞茎进行提取,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法鉴定提取物成分,共鉴定出34种成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定了提取物中各成分的相对含量。In order to determine the optimal conditions for the supercritical CO_(2)extraction of wild-lily,the extraction process,extraction temperature,extraction time,CO_(2) flow rate,pulverization size,and entrainer were tested through single factor experiments.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of the wild-lily were the extraction pressure of 20 MPa,the extraction temperature of 45℃,the extraction time of 3.0 h,the CO_(2) flow rate of 20 L/h,the pulverization particle size of 60 mesh,and with the entrainer of 500 ml anhydrous ethanol.Three kinds of wild-lily and a planting-lily in Fanjing Mountain were extracted by the supercritical-CO_(2) fluid extraction(SFE)method.34 components of lily were identified by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method.The relative contents of the components were investigated through the area normalization method.
