摘　　要：总结张伯礼教授的临床诊疗思维。临床运用中西医思维综合考虑疾病,强调中西医并重,对于实验室检查结果参考而不盲从。治疗策略以患者为中心,注重将"治其所苦"与察病辨证相结合,标本兼治以体现中医人文关怀,彰显中医临床疗效。且擅长使用专病专方,处方行为规范,用药层次彰明,随证加减灵活机动。This paper introduces professor ZHANG Boli’ s thoughts in diagnosis and treatment by examples.Inclinical practice,he adopts an integrated thinking way of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)to treat the disease,and emphasizes that both TCM and WM should be valued.He is always interpreting thewestern medicine test and examination results critically rather than adopting them blindly.He takes patients as thecenter in the treatment,treats what patients are suffered in combination with disease and syndromes differentiation,and treats the root and branch simultaneously,reflecting the humanistic care of TCM and thereby highlighting its clini-cal effect.Moreover,he is good at prescribing specific formula in correspondence to specific disease,and his pre-scriptions are in standard behavior,with clear medicinal actions,and are flexible in modification with syndromes.
