黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展对甘肃地质工作发展机遇的探讨

摘　　要：2019年9月18日,习近平总书记在郑州主持召开黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展座谈会并发表重要讲话,自此,黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展上升为重大国家战略。2020年《全国重要生态系统保护和修复重大工程总体规划(2021-2035)》发布,涉及甘肃省12个市(州)67个县(区),从而实现了黄河流域生态环境保护从被动到主动的历史性跨越。甘肃省作为黄河流域上游重要的水源涵养地及径流的产流区,随着生态系统保护和修复重大工程的逐步实施,必将迎来地质工作重大发展机遇,将为地质行业带来新的经济增长点。文章在系统阐述甘肃省黄河流域存在的主要生态问题的基础上,提出甘肃省生态保护与修复7大类重点工程、12个重点项目的工作部署,总结归纳地质行业在此契机下未来的十大发展方向,期望为甘肃省地勘经济转型升级高质量发展提供参考价值。On September 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping hosted a symposium on ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in Zhengzhou and delivered an important speech,from which ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin have been elevated to a major national strategy.Related to 67 counties and districts in 12 urban areas of Gansu Province,the National Master Plan for Major Ecosystem Protection and Restoration(2021-2035)was issued in 2020.It is a historic leap which from passive protection to active ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin.As an important water conservation area and runoff producing area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River basin,Gansu province will surely usher in great development opportunities of geological work and bring new economic growth points for geological industry with the gradual implementation of major ecological system protection and restoration projects.On the basis of systematically expounding the main ecological problems existing in the Yellow River Basin of Gansu Province,this paper puts forward the work arrangements of 7 major key projects and 12 key projects of ecological protection and restoration in Gansu Province,and summarizes the ten development directions of geological industry in the future under this opportunity.It is expected to provide reference value for the transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting economy in Gansu Province.
