摘 要:目前我国枸杞采收仍然以人工采收为主,采收效率低下成本高,机械化程度低。针对以上问题,设计出一种自走式枸杞振动采收机,通过田间试验研究了振幅、频率、振动杆数量对成熟枸杞果实的采净率、损伤率、青果错采率的影响,通过采收试验获得了枸杞采收适宜的参数组合:偏心盘转速为140 r/min,振幅为70 mm,振动杆数量10个。At present,Chinese lycium barbarum is still mainly harvested by manual,with low efficiency and high cost and low degree of mechanization.In order to solve the above problems,the research group designed a self-moving vibrating harvester for Lycium barbarum.Through field experiments,the effects of amplitude,frequency and number of vibrating rod on net harvest rate,damage rate and wrong harvest rate of ripe lycium barbarum fruits were studied.The best combination of factors and parameters for lycium barbarum harvest was obtained through single factor experiment:Eccentric disk speed is 140 r/min,amplitude is 70 mm,the number of vibration rod 10.
