摘 要:介绍了葡萄冬剪机机架基于ANSYS模态分析过程,阐述了模态分析在机械产品设计中的预见性和必要性。通过对葡萄冬剪机机架进行有限元模拟仿真,分析验证葡萄冬剪机机架的工作稳定性、安全可靠性;通过对机械设备关键部件的三维仿真和模态分析,展示共振现象对机械产品关键零部件可能损害的程度和可能损害的方式,根据模态分析中得出机械设备的动力学特征及其合理参数范围,可对设计中的缺陷做出及时调整,有效降低机械产品的开发成本。ANSYS-based modal analysis process of a grape winter trimming equipment frame was introduced,and the predictability and necessity of modal analysis in mechanical product design were described.Through the finite element simulation of the grape winter trimming equipment frame,the working stability,safety and reliability of the grape winter trimming equipment frame were analyzed and verified;through the three-dimensional simulation and modal analysis of key components of mechanical equipment,the degree and mode of the possible damage mode of resonance phenomena on key parts of mechanical products were shown,with the dynamic characteristics and the reasonable parameter scope of mechanical equipment obtained from the modal analysis,which can help make timely adjustments to the defects in the design,thereby effectively reducing the development cost of mechanical products.
