摘  要:绿色设计不断发展,中国传统榫卯结构在与现代家具结合时出现了结构复杂不适合大批量生产、加工成本与运输成本高等问题,同时需要去适应当下家具产品减碳环保的要求,其中减量化原则应用最为广泛。以现代家具为基础,探讨绿色设计背景下现代榫卯结构创新设计方法,设计出一种适用于椅凳类家具的椅腿与横枨、座面连接的自锁型可拆装榫卯结构,以期为现代实木榫卯结构设计提供一种新的参考。Green design continues to develop.When the traditional Chinese mortise and tenon joint is combined with current furniture,there are problems such as complex structure,not suitable for mass production,high processing cost and high transportation cost.At the same time,it needs to adapt to the current requirements of carbon reduction and environmental protection of furniture products.The principle of reduce is the most widely used.Based on modern furniture,explore the innovative design method of modern mortise and tenon joint under the background of green design,and design a self-locking detachable mortise and tenon joint suitable for connecting the legs of chairs and stools with the crossbar and the seat surface,in order to provide modern solid wood mortise and tenon joint design a new reference.
