摘　　要：目的:基于文献计量学、社会网络分析等方法探索中医药治疗原发性肝癌的研究进展。方法:检索近十年间中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库以及维普等数据库系统内中医药治疗肝癌的相关文献,在导出题录、筛选作者信息、确定核心作者和分析绘制核心作者关系图等步骤的基础上,基于典型文献总结和凝练运用中医药治疗肝癌的学术团队的研究方向和学术思想。结果:本次研究共筛选出1700篇文献,梳理出核心作者候选人共40人。从文献发表以及科研合作角度确定了4支具有较高学术影响力的团队,并对其核心学术思想进行分析。结论:研究者运用中医中药治疗肝癌,并在中医药学术研究和临床实践过程中形成特点鲜明的学术团队。Objective:To explore research progress of TCM therapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer based on bibliometrics and social network analysis.Methods:By searching the literatures related to the treatment of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine in the systems of CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases in recent ten years,the research direction and academic ideas of the academic team of TCM in the treatment of liver cancer are summarized and refined by typical literature based on the steps of deriving the title,screening the author information,determining the core author and analyzing and drawing the relationship diagram of the core author.Results:A total of 1700 papers were screened out and 40 core author candidates were sorted out.Four teams with high academic influence were identified from the perspective of literature publication and scientific research cooperation,and its core academic thought was analyzed.Conclusion:The researchers treat liver cancer with TCM,and form a distinctive academic team in the academic research and clinical practice.
