摘　　要：海草房是胶东半岛精神文化的载体之一,具有一定的历史韵味与保护价值,近年来此类民居存量下降、质量堪忧,对其进行维护与建设显得十分紧迫。本文从居民需求入手,运用程序化扎根理论,通过访谈荣成市若干具有代表性的村庄获取基础资料。经过编码将数据概念化、范畴化,建立典范模型,进而获得四个主范畴及“建构与修缮”的核心范畴。最终建构住居需求影响因子模型,为胶东半岛海草房的建设与维护提供参考。Seaweed cottage is one of the carriers of spiritual culture in Jiaodong Peninsula,which has a certain historical charm and protection value.In recent years,the stock of this kind of dwellings has declined,and its quality is worrying,so its maintenance and construction are very urgent.Starting with the residents’needs,this paper uses the procedural grounded theory to interview several representative villages in Rongcheng to obtain basic information.After coding,the data is conceptualized and classified,and a canonical model is established to obtain four main categories and one core category called“construction and repair”.Finally,the model of influencing factors of residential demand is constructed,hoping to attract more attention and provide a reference for the construction and maintenance of seaweed houses in Jiaodong Peninsula.
