摘  要:图像采集系统是CMOS相机研发过程中的重要测试设备,传统的图像采集系统只有一个数据采集通道,且采集速率较低,已经不满足CMOS相机高分辨率、高帧频的传输要求。选取NI公司的PXIe-7962R数据采集卡,设计接口电路,调用NI LabVIEW FPGA模块编程,将数据采集卡和接口电路整合在通用工控机上,设计驱动程序和系统应用程序,形成新一代图像采集系统。图像采集系统采用点对点的数据流设计,PXIe-7962R和工控机内存采用DMA的方式直接通过PXIe总线交互数据,无需将数据传回主机处理器,提高了数据处理的速度;系统应用程序采用多线程设计,合理分配计算机资源。使用4台CMOS相机对该采集系统进行测试,结果表明,该系统可以实时采集和显示CMOS相机的图像,可以实时采集和显示四通道数据,每个通道最高可以采集120 Mb/s、8 bit并行的图像数据,并具有实时计算图像MTF等功能,为CMOS相机的研发提供了重要的设备支持。Image acquisition system is an important test equipment in the development of CMOS camera.The traditional image acquisition system has only one data acquisition channel,and the acquisition rate is low,which cannot meet the requirements of high resolution and high frame rate of CMOS camera.Select the PXIe-7962R data acquisition card of NI LabVIEW FPGA,designing the interface circuit,using FPGA module programming.The data acquisition card and interface circuit are integrated on the general industrial computer,and the driver and system application program are designed to form a new generation of image acquisition system.Image acquisition system uses point to point data stream,PXIe7962R and IPC memory using DMA directly through the PXIe bus interactive data.There is no need to send data back to the host processor,which increases the speed of data processing.The application of the system is designed with multi thread,and the computer resources are allocated reasonably.The results show that the system can capture and display the image of CMOS camera in real time,and it can collect and display the images of four channels in real⁃time,each channel can collect 120 Mb/s,8 bit parallel image data,and it also can calculate real⁃time image MTF and other functions.This system provides important support for the development of CMOS camera.
