帕金森病患者睡眠障碍与血浆TNF-α、Glu及血清CysC水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森病患者睡眠障碍与血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、谷氨酸(Glu)及血清胱抑素C(CysC)的相关性。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年7月佛山市禅城区中心医院收治的帕金森患者70例作为观察组,另选取同期在本院体检的健康者62例作为对照组,均应用帕金森睡眠量表(PDSS)对受检者的睡眠障碍情况进行评价,并测定TNF-α、Glu及CysC水平,分析与睡眠障碍之间的相关性。结果:观察组PDSS总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-α、CysC水平均比对照组高,Glu水平低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经Pearson分析显示,帕金森患者TNF-α、CysC水平与PDSS评分呈负相关,Glu水平与PDSS评分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:血浆TNF-α、Glu及血清CysC指标可作为临床诊断帕金森患者睡眠障碍的早期预测因子。Objective:To investigate the correlation between sleep disorders and plasma tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),glutamate(Glu)and serum cystatin C(Cysc)in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with Parkinson′s disease treated in Foshan Chancheng District Central Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 62 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.The sleep disorders of the subjects were evaluated by Parkinson′s disease sleep scale(PDSS)and TNF-αwere measured,the correlation between Glu and CysC levels and sleep disorders were analyzed.Results:The total score of PDSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).TNF-αin observation group,the level of CysC was higher than that of the control group,and the level of Glu was lower,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that TNF-αin patients with Parkinson′s disease,the level of CysC were negatively correlated with PDSS score,and the level of Glu was positively correlated with PDSS score(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma TNF-α,Glu and serum CysC indicators can be used as early predictors of clinical diagnosis of sleep disorders in Parkinson′s patients.
