摘 要:石墨烯作为铜基复合材料理想的增强体,在制备高强高导GR/Cu复合材料方面显示出良好的发展前景。但是石墨烯在铜基体中分散不均匀、石墨烯和铜基体界面结合性差、以及GR/Cu复合材料中塑、韧性和导电率大幅度下降等问题仍然是制约生产高强高导GR/Cu复合材料的关键难题。本文对现有构型GR/Cu复合材料的制备方法及构型结构对GR/Cu复合材料性能的影响进行了分析,并对未来GR/Cu复合材料的发展方向进行展望,以期为高强高导GR/Cu复合材料的制备提供参考。Graphene is an ideal reinforcement for Copper Matrix composites.It shows a good development prospect in the preparation of high strength and high conductivity GR/Cu composite materials.However,the poor dispersion of graphene in copper matrix,the poor interfacial adhesion between graphene and copper matrix,and the significant decrease of plasticity,toughness and conductivity in GR/Cu composites are still the key problems which restrict the production of GR/Cu composites with high strength and high conductivity.In this paper,the preparation methods of GR/Cu composites with existing configuration and the influence of configuration on the properties of GR/Cu composites are analyzed,and the development trend of GR/Cu composites in the future is prospected,it is expected to provide reference for the preparation of GR/Cu composites with high strength and high conductivity.
