摘 要:如今,线上教学、问题学习法(PBL)等新型教学模式在众多专业教学中受到广泛应用,并逐渐渗透至医药领域的实习带教中。本文旨在通过总结医院药学实习带教中存在的种种问题,并且应用不同教学模式以提升实习带教效果。初步探索实践证明,新型教学模式在医院药学实习带教中的应用不仅使得实习带教过程更加多元化与生动化,而且更有效地激发了本科生学习的积极性与主动性,并解决了医院药学教学资源有限的问题,总体上提高了学生的学习效率,取得了良好的实习带教效果,对医院药学人才的培养起到了良好的促进作用。Nowadays,online teaching,problem-based learning(PBL)and other new teaching modes are widely used in many professional teachings,and gradually penetrate into the hospital practice teaching in the field of medicine.This paper aims to summarize the various problems existing in the traditional teaching of pharmacy practice in hospitals and apply different new teaching models to improve the teaching effect.Preliminary exploration and practice have proved that the application of the new teaching model in hospital pharmacy practice teaching not only makes the practice teaching process more diversified and vivid,but also more effectively stimulates the enthusiasm and initiative of undergraduates in learning.Additionally,new teaching mode helps to address the limited teaching resources issue in hospital.The teaching reform in pharmacy students’hospital internship has generally improved the learning efficiency,achieved good teaching effects,and contributed to the cultivation of hospital pharmacy talents.
