摘  要:建设高素质的“双师型”教师队伍是职业院校实现现代化发展的基础性工作,虽然有了一定的制度基础,但目前仍存在系统性培训规划欠缺,培训实效性和针对性有待加强,校企合作机制不健全,评价机制有待完善,资格制度实施有效执行力有待加强等问题。“双师型”教师培养培训仍需政府、企业、学校、培训机构等多元主体的共同努力,在顶层设计、细节设计、机制优化等方面打造协同顺畅、规划合理、运转优良的教师培养培训体系。Building a team of high-quality and"double-qualified"teachers is the basic work for the modernization of vocational colleges,and there is already a certain institutional foundation.However,there is still a lack of systematic training planning,such as the effectiveness and pertinence of training needs to be strengthened,the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not sound,the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved,and the effective implementation of the qualification system needs to be strengthened.Thus,cultivating and training of"double-qualified"teachers still requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,schools,training institutions and other multiple subjects.More efforts should be made in top-level design,detailed design,and mechanism optimization to createa synergy and smooth,well-planned,and well-functioning teacher cultivating and training system.
