摘　　要：“三教”改革的价值取向为专业建设指明了方向与要求。在适应“旅游+”的背景下,以杭州科技职业技术学院旅行社经营与管理专业建设为例,针对区域旅游企业人才需求的新特点,通过对接区域旅游行业企业人才新需求开发专业课程;创新课堂教学形态和教学方法;打造双师混编教学团队;开展数字化教学资源建设服务教学等途径创新高职旅行社经营与管理专业人才培养模式。The value orientation of"three education"reform points out the direction and requirements for specialty construction.Un der the background of adapting to"tourism+",this paper takes the construction of the specialty of travel agency operation and man agementin Hangzhou Polytechnic as an example,aiming at the new characteristics of talents demand of regional tourism enterprises,develops professional courses by docking with the new demand of talents of regional tourism enterprises,innovatesclassroom teach ing forms and teaching methods,createsteaching team by mixed double-qualified teachers,and carries out construction of digital teaching resources to serve teaching,and other paths to innovate the talents training mode of the higher vocational specialty of travel agency operation and management.
