新时期病案复印的持续改进

摘　　要：在信息化高速发展的新时期,该院积极地对病案复印模式有针对性地进行改进。患者及代理人可通过微信小程序完成身份资料上传,申请复印内容并缴费,病案复印资料可通过窗口自取或快递领取;复印工作人员可线上完成身份审核后打印病案;管理人员实时监管确保病案复印服务质量。目前该复印模式还存在身份识别、半自助、安全性等方面的不足,仍需不断改进和完善。利用现代化技术优化病案复印流程,为患者提供更优质的病案服务,提升患者服务满意度和医院整体服务水平是今后病案室工作改革的重点。In the new era of rapid development of informatization,the hospital is actively improving the mode of medical record copying.Patients and agents can upload their identity information through the WeChat applet,apply for copying content and pay the fee,and the medical record copy information can be picked up through the window or by express delivery;photocopying staff can complete the identity review online and print the medical record;real-time supervision of management personnel ensures the quality of medical record photocopying services.At present,the copy mode still has shortcomings in terms of identity recognition,semi-self-service,security,etc.,and it still needs continuous improvement and perfection.The use of modern technology to optimize the medical record copying process,provide patients with better medical record services,improve patient service satisfaction and the overall service level of the hospital is the top priority of the work reform of the medical record room in the future.
