摘　　要：近年来,口述历史作为一种历史研究的手段,越来越受到学术界和社会大众的关注。国内的口述历史实践也逐渐呈现出开放性、多元化的格局,各个行业、机构、学科的口述历史探索异彩纷呈,作品形式和传播途径越来越丰富。该文以北京协和医院老专家口述历史项目的微信传播实践为例,论述行业口述历史不仅作为一种研究行业历史的曲径,更作为一种社会建构,构筑了具象化的职业精神,再塑了行业从业者的身份认同。In recent years,oral history as a means of historical research has attracted more and more attention from academic circles and the general public.The practice of oral history in China has gradually shown an open and diversified pattern.The exploration of oral history in various industries,institutions,and disciplines is splendid,and the forms and communication channels of works are becoming more and more abundant.This article takes the WeChat communication practice of the oral history project of the old experts of Peking Union Medical College Hospital as an example.It discusses the oral history of the industry not only as a tortuous path to study the history of the industry,but also as a social construction,constructing a concrete professional spirit and reshaping the identity of industry practitioners.
