强化安全教育在呼吸内科护理带教中应用有效性分析

摘  要:目的分析强化安全教育在呼吸内科护理带教中应用有效性。方法研究选取2018年2月—2020年2月该院参加呼吸内科实习护生70名作为研究对象,根据入科时间将其分为两组,均接受常规教学培训,观察组35名实习护生采取强化安全教育,对照组35名护生接受一般安全教育,比较两组教学结果。结果干预前两组护生操作成绩、理论成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组实习护生临床操作成绩与理论知识成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组护生操作、理论成绩与干预前对比,均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生护理差错事件发生率为5.71%,低于对照组护生的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组护生对教学满意度情况,观察组实习护生满意度为100.00%对照组护生满意度80.00%,两组对比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教老师满意度为100.00%,对照组带教老师满意度为82.86%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理带教中,应用强化安全教育,可有效提高实习护生的临床操作技巧与理论知识水平,降低护理差错事件发生率,提高护生与带教老师满意度。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of strengthening safety education in nursing teaching in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.Methods The study selected 70 interns in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 who participated in the department of respiratory medicine as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,and all received regular teaching and training.The observation group was 35 intern nurses,with intensified safety education was adopted.35 nursing students in the control group received general safety education,and the teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant comparison between the two groups of nursing students'operational performance and theoretical scores before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group's clinical operational scores and theoretical knowledge scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the comparison between the two groups of nursing students'operation and theoretical scores was significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups of nursing students’satisfaction with teaching,the observation group was 100.00%satisfied with interns and the control group was 80.00%.Comparing the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the teachers in the observation group was 100.00%,and the satisfaction of teachers in the control group was 82.86%.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of respiratory medicine,the
