摘 要:党和国家对劳动教育的认识不断深化,对于劳动教育的开展提出了新的更高的要求。高等学校作为劳动教育开展的关键性前沿阵地,在培养目标、人才基础等方面有着特殊的要求和条件,亦有其独特的实施路径。创新创业作为高校劳动教育的出发点和重要目的,同时也是劳动教育开展的重要途径和检验其成效的重要标准,是高校开展劳动教育的重要切入点。高校应明确创新创业在劳动教育中的角色承担,践行劳动教育培养目标的服务性,把握培养过程的整体性,并探索培养方式的多样性,提升学生的就业创业能力,增强其诚实劳动意识,培育他们的奉献奋斗精神。In the new era,Chinese Communist Party and China have been deepening the understanding of labor education,and put forward new and higher requirements for the development of labor education.As the key frontier battlefield of labor education,colleges and universities have special requirements and conditions in the aspects of training objectives and talent base,and they also have their unique implementation path choice.Innovation and entrepreneurship,as the starting point and important purpose of labor education in colleges and universities,is also an important way to carry out labor education and an important evaluation standard to test its effect,and an important entry point for the development of labor education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should clarify the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in labor education,practice the service nature of labor education training objectives,grasp the integrity of its training process and explore the diversity of training methods,enhance the ability of employment and entrepreneurship,enhance students’honest labor consciousness,and cultivate the spirit of dedication and struggle.
