名校集团化办学的冲突与调适——基于冲突理论的审视

摘　　要：名校集团化办学可能面临着不同学校及成员之间形成的多种潜在的冲突。冲突一旦发生则具有破坏性的消极功能或建设性的积极功能两种不同性质的结果。通过正视冲突的功能,借助制度化、合法化的疏导机制,发挥名校集团化办学冲突的积极功能,化解消极功能,有利于实现名校集团化办学的最佳性效能,更好地向公平而有质量的教育迈进。The grouped school-running may face a variety of potential conflicts,which is formed between different institutions and members.Once the conflicts occurs,it may have two different natures,including constructive positive function and destructive negative function.Through facing up to the function of conflicts,with the help of institutionalized and legalized guidance mechanism,the grouped school-running could achieve the best efficiency of prestigious and be better towards the fair and quality education.
