摘　　要：美国心脏协会近期发布的2021年“视网膜中央动脉阻塞诊疗规范”,对视网膜中央动脉阻塞的定义、流行病学、危险因素、病理生理、诊断与治疗等做了详细介绍,本文将对该指南进行全面解读。American Heart Association(AHA)recently issued 2021 scientific statement“Management of Central Retinal Artery Occlusion(CRAO)”,which gives a detailed introduction to the definition,epidemiology,risk factors,pathophysiology,diagnosis and treatment of CRAO.In this paper,a comprehensive interpretation of this scientific statement will be made.
