摘 要:采用超声辅助提取锦绣杜鹃花色苷,考察了乙醇体积分数、超声温度、液料比、提取时间对花色苷提率的影响,并在单因素实验的基础上,运用响应面分析法对提取工艺进优化。结果表明,花色苷最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数65%,超声温度55℃,液料比105∶1。在此工艺条件下,花色苷得率达到22.07 mL·(100g)^(-1),与理论值基本符合。建立的花色苷得率的二次回归方程,能有效地预测和分析实验结果。The ultrasonic extraction was used to extract anthocyanin Rhododendron Pulchrum Sweet.The ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic temperature,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time were investigated for anthocyanin yield.On the basis of single-factor experiments,the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 65%,ultrasonic temperature 55℃and liquid-solid ratio 105∶1.Under these optimum conditions,the anthocyanin yield was 22.07 mL·(100g)^(-1),which was basically consistent with the theoretical predicted value.The quadratic regression equation of anthocyanin yield was established and can predict and analyze the experimental results effectively.
