摘　　要：指出了“产教融合”人才培养模式是连接高等院校与企业之间的桥梁与纽带,加强产教深度融合是实现“校企共赢发展”的必要手段。以种子生产与经营专业为例,以产教融合、科教融合为抓手,探索了新的人才培养模式,从加强校企合作、校内外实训基地建设、改革课程体系、教师队伍建设等方面,提出了“产教融合”人才培养模式的实施策略。以使课程的设置更加适应社会需求,更好地发挥高等农业院校服务地方区域经济的作用。培养适应种业市场经济和国家育种战略需求,具有创新、创业精神的高素质应用型人才。The talent training mode of integration of production and education is a bridge and link between colleges and universities and enterprises.Strengthening the in-depth integration of industry and education is a necessary means to realize the win-win development of schools and enterprises.Taking the specialty of seed production and management as an example and taking the integration of production and education and the integration of science and education as the starting point,this paper explores a new talent training mode,and puts forward implementation strategies of the talent training mode of integration of production and education from the aspects of strengthening school enterprise cooperation,the construction of internal and external training bases,the reform of curriculum system and the construction of teachers.Therefore,the curriculum can more adapt to the social needs and give better play to the role of agricultural colleges and universities in serving the local regional economy.High-quality applied talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit can be cultivated to meet the needs of seed industry market economy and national breeding strategies.
