体教融合背景下高校排球课程思政理论与实践研究——女排精神融入排球普修课程的设计

摘　　要：全面推进高校课程思政建设是坚持社会主义办学方向、落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。以体教融合背景下的排球课程思政实践为研究对象,深度剖析女排精神的内涵、特征与时代学习意义并将将女排精神的思政元素有机融入到排球普修课程设计中,形成了高校排球课程的价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的教育理念。体教融合背景下把女排精神融入到课程中需要从思政元素的挖掘、课程设计、教学实施3个方面入手完成课程思政的建设;课程思政设计包括对课程的分析、设计的策略与教学目标,课程思政教学内容与课程思政实施效果的评价。课程教案设计中需要任课老师储存大量的女排精神内涵的相关故事素材,通过教学情境设计,将思政元素自然融入,培养学生在排球普修课程中弘扬以女排精神为代表的中华体育精神和践行社会主义核心价值观。To fully integrate ideological and political education into university courses is an important step towards adhering to the direction of socialist education and fulfilling the fundamental task of strengthening moral education to cultivate people.This article takes the integration of ideological and political education into the volleyball curriculum in the context of integrating sports and education as the research subject,fully analyzes the connotation,characteristics and learning significance of the Chinese women’s volleyball team’s fighting spirit,and integrates the ideological and political elements of the fighting spirit into the general volleyball curriculum to form a“three-inone”educational ideology of value shaping,capacity building and knowledge transfer via the volleyball curriculum.To integrate the Chinese women’s volleyball team’s fighting spirit into the curriculum in the context of integrating sports and education requires three aspects:identifying the ideological and political elements;curriculum design;teaching implementation.The curriculum design for integrating ideological and political elements includes curriculum analysis,design strategies and teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching evaluation.When making the teaching plan,teachers need to prepare a large number of relevant stories about the Chinese women’s volleyball team’s fighting spirit and integrate the ideological and political elements naturally according to the teaching scenarios,so as to encourage students to carry forward the Chinese sportsmanship represented by the Chinese women’s volleyball team’s fighting spirit and practice core socialist values via the general volleyball curriculum.
