摘  要:心理育人工作是高校育人工作中的重要内容之一,加强高校心理育人工作是提升学生素质教育及思政教育,推进高校“三全育人”工作内涵式发展的重要保障。要发动高校各部门、心理健康工作者、思政工作者、教师、社会、家庭、管理人员及服务人员等全员参与高校心理育人工作;重视大学生各阶段心理特征及成长规律,做到全过程实施心理健康教育;全方位渗透心理健康教育。基于“三全育人”理念,打破辅导员单兵作战的孤立状况,从而推动高校心理健康教育的发展。Psychological education is one of the important contents in the education work of colleges and universities.Strengthening the work of psychological education in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for improving the quality education and ideological and political education of students,and promoting the connotative development of the“three comprehensive education”work in colleges and universities.It is necessary to mobilize all colleges and universities departments,mental health workers,ideological and political workers,teachers,society,families,management personnel and service personnel to participate in the psychological education of colleges and universities;pay attention to the psychological characteristics and growth laws of college students at all stages,and implement the whole process Implement mental health education;permeate mental health education in an all-round way.Based on the concept of“three holistic education”,it breaks the isolation of instructors fighting alone and promotes the development of mental health education in colleges and universities.
