摘　　要：【目的】分析不同修复膜对牙种植患者修复成功率及不良反应的影响。【方法】将2019年4月至2021年4月本院收治的82例牙种植患者依据引导骨再生治疗中采用的不同修复膜材料分为A、B、C三组,A组采用Bio-gide膜,B组采用海奥口腔修复膜,C组采用肽膜。比较三组修复成功率、修复效果及不良反应。【结果】A组修复成功率>B组>C组(P<0.05);A组成骨厚度、高度、垂直及水平骨生长均显著高于B、C组,B组高于C组(P<0.05);A、B组植骨厚度高度均高于C组(P<0.05),但A、B组比较差异不明显(P>0.05);A、B组总不良反应发生率低于C组(P<0.05),但A、B组比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。【结论】Bio-gide膜修复成功率最高,修复效果最佳,不良反应最低,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To analyze the effects of different prosthetics on the success rate and adverse reactions of dental implant patients.【Methods】A total of 82 dental implant patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were divided into three groups according to different repair membrane materials used in guided bone regeneration therapy:group A using Bio-Gide membrane,group B using Haiao oral repair membrane,and group C using peptide membrane.The repair success rate,repair effect and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.【Results】The success rate of repair in group A was higher than that in groups B and C(P<0.05).The thickness,height,vertical and horizontal bone growth of group A were significantly higher than that of groups B and C,and group B was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).The height of bone graft thickness in groups A and B was higher than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in groups A and B was lower than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Bio-GIDE membrane repair rate is the highest,the best repair effect,the lowest adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
