摘 要:针对目前大孔径预裂爆破在矿山开挖实际中存在的问题,本文以黑沟露天矿大孔径爆破开采为背景,根据采场取样岩芯岩石力学试验结果及具体的边坡工程地质情况,将最终边坡划分为五个分区,并根据不同分区岩性分别进行预裂爆破设计。现场试验表明:黑沟采场针对不同分区岩性的大孔径预裂爆破参数设计合理,爆后半孔率达到71%以上,形成较为完整的预裂面,取得较为明显的安全和经济效益,为类似大孔径预裂爆破工程提供了良好的经验。Aiming at the current problems of large-aperture pre-splitting blasting in mine excavation,this article took the large-aperture blasting mining in Heigou open-pit mine as the background,and according to the results of the rock mechanics test results of sampled cores in the stope and engineering geology of side slope,final slope was divided five partitions,reasonable pre-splitting design of different partition and lithologies was carried out.After blasting,pre-splitting design parameters of different partition and lithologies were known reasonable,the half-hole rate reached more than 71%,formed a relatively complete pre-splitting surface,and got obvious safety and economic benefits,provided a good experience for similar large-aperture pre-splitting blasting projects.
