摘  要:利用卧式二辊试验轧机辊压“三明治”式AZ31-PE复合材料层合板,改变轧制速度、压下率和基体厚度配比辊压工艺参数,测量层合板咬入时轧辊轴承的振动响应,并将结果进行对比分析。随着轧制速度和压下率的增大,轧辊轴承水平方向加速度峰值、垂直方向加速度峰值和轧制力峰值均增大;当基体厚度配比为53.98%时,轧辊轴承出现较大的振动,随着基体厚度配比增加,振动明显减小;复合材料层合板由于自身的高阻尼特性,可以降低轧辊轴承在轧件咬入冲击阶段的振动,消减轧机主传动系统的振动。A sandwich composite laminated plate of AZ31-PE was prepared by a horizontal two-high rolling mill.By changing rolling parameters of rolling speed,reduction ratio,and ratio of matrix thickness,vibration response of the roll bearing was measured when the laminated plate was bitten,and the results were compared and analyzed.The peak values of horizontal acceleration,vertical acceleration,and rolling force of the roll bearings increase with the increase in rolling speed and reduction ratio.When the matrix thickness ratio is 53.98%,the vibration is larger.Then,the vibration decreases obviously when the matrix thickness ratio in-creases.Because of its high damping characteristics,the composite laminated plate can reduce the vibration of the roll bearing and the vibration of the main drive system of the rolling mill in the impact stage of biting.
