摘　　要：目的分析合并慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤(CLL/SLL)的早期周围型肺鳞癌的临床表现,提高对合并血液肿瘤的肺癌的认知。方法回顾性分析济宁医学院附属医院2020年4月收治的1例合并CLL/SLL的早期周围型肺鳞癌的诊断及治疗过程,并复习相关文献。结果该患者确诊为左肺早期周围型鳞状细胞癌,因合并CLL/SLL,治疗上不宜行外科手术切除及放化疗,而选择微波消融术联合免疫治疗的方式,取得了良好的近期疗效。结论对于不能手术和放化疗的早期肺癌患者,采取介入+免疫的联合治疗模式,也可获得不错的临床受益。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of early peripheral lung squamous cell carcinoma complicated with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia/small lymphoblastic lymphoma(CLL/SLL)and improve the cognition of lung cancer complicated with hematologic tumor.Methods A case of early peripheral lung squamous cell carcinoma complicated with CLL/SLL admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University in April 2020 was retrospectively analyzed in terms of diagnosis and treatment,and relevant literature was reviewed.Results The patient was diagnosed with early peripheral squamous cell carcinoma of the left lung.Due to the combination of CLL/SLL,surgical resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy were not suitable for the treatment,so microwave ablation combined with immunotherapy was chosen,and a good short-term effect was achieved.Conclusion For patients with early lung cancer who cannot be operated,radiotherapy or chemotherapy,the combined treatment mode of interventional therapy and immunization can also obtain good clinical benefits.
