摘 要:以西藏野生鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus)菌塘土壤为材料,利用高通量测序技术,分析菌塘土壤微生物群落组成和多样性。结果表明,鸡腿菇菌塘土壤样品共获得1 899个细菌OUTs,871个真菌OUTs。菌塘土壤中RB41为细菌群落相对优势属,谷菌根菌属(Archaeorhizomyces)为真菌群落优势属。通过分析野生鸡腿菇菌塘土壤微生物群落组成、优势菌属及有益菌属,以期为西藏自治区野生鸡腿菇的驯化和栽培提供参考。The rhizosphere soil of wild Coprinus comatus in Xizang was used as material to analyze the community composition and diversity of soil microbial based on the high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that 1 899 bacterial OUTs( operational taxonomic units) were obtained from soil samples of C. comatus, and 871 fungal OUTs were obtained.In the fruit body, RB41 was the dominant genus of bacterial community in soil, and Archaeorhizomyces was the dominant genus of fungal. In order to provide references for the domestication and cultivation of wild C. comatus in Xizang, the microbial community composition of soil were analyzed, and the dominant and beneficial genus were identified.
