红托竹荪液体菌种生产技术应用

摘　　要：随着红托竹荪产业发展,传统固体菌种已不能满足现阶段工厂化生产的需要。通过利用液体培养技术获得了红托竹荪液体菌种,并且实现了红托竹荪菌包大规模工厂化生产。实践证明,该项技术不仅可以大幅降低生产成本,提高劳动效率,还改变了以往红托竹荪菌种培养周期长、污染率高、收益低的生产模式,推广应用价值高。With the development of Dictyophora rubrovolvata industry, the traditional production of solid spawn can’t meet the needs of factory production at the present stage. A liquid culture technology was used to obtain the liquid spawn of D. rubrovolvata and the contracted large-scale production of D. rubrovolvata was realized. It has proved that, this technology can’t only greatly reduce the production cost and improve labor efficiency, but also change the previous production mode with long culture cycle, high pollution rate and low income, and has high popularization and application value.
