摘  要:探讨白背毛木耳(Auricularia cornea)常规配方中添加牛粪的栽培效果,以开发新的栽培原料提高毛木耳产量和效益。试验以常规配方和优选配方为对照,研究不同发酵时间培养料对毛木耳菌丝生长速度、污染率及产量的影响。结果表明,在培养料中添加牛粪适合毛木耳的栽培,添加牛粪的基质经17 d发酵后,毛木耳菌丝生长正常、污染率低、产量较高,但随着发酵时间的增加产量略有下降。添加牛粪后的栽培配方毛木耳总体产量比常规配方高,与优选配方相比,产量略低且差异不显著,但可节省发酵时间约30 d。因此,添加牛粪栽培白背毛木耳,基质发酵时间短,栽培技术稳定,栽培效果好。In order to develop new cultivation materials to improve the yield and benefit of Auricularia cornea, the cultivation effect of adding cow dung to the conventional formula of A. cornea was studied. The effects of different fermentation time on mycelium growth rate, pollution rate and yield were studied. The results showed that adding cow dung in the formula was suitable for the cultivation of A. cornea. After 17 days fermentation, the mycelium growth was normal, the pollution was low, and the yield was high. With the increase of fermentation time, the yield decreased slightly. Compared with the conventional formula,the yield was higher. Compared with optimized formula, the yield was slightly lower, the difference was not significant, but the fermentation time was saved up to 30 days. Thus, cultivation of A. cornea with cow dung was stable, which could shorten the fermentation time and the cultivation effect was good.
