摘　　要：通过对云南陆良县平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)栽培过程中常见病害的调查以及病原菌分离鉴定研究,以期为云南平菇栽培管理和病害防治提供理论依据。结果表明,陆良县平菇栽培过程中菌包感染是最为常见的病害症状,也是影响最为严重的问题;基于rDNA序列对分离的病原菌进行鉴定,发现引起菌棒感染的病原菌有平菇木霉(Trichoderma pleuroti)、*Trichoderma patella、椰青霉菌(Penicillium copticola)和歧皱青霉(Penicillium steckii),其中T. pleuroti为引起病害的主要病原菌。In order to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation management and disease control of Pleurotus ostreatus in Yunnan, the common diseases of P. ostreatus in Luliang county, Yunnan province, were investigated and their pathogens were isolated and identified. The results showed that artificial bed-log infection was the most common disease in P. ostreatus cultivation in Luliang county. Isolation and identification of pathogens based on r DNA sequence showed that the competitive pathogens causing diseases were Trichoderma pleuroti, T. patella, Penicillium copticola and P. steckii. T. pleuroti was the main pathogen.
