摘　　要：目的本研究拟探讨氢气联合培美曲塞+顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non small cell lung cancer NSCLC)疗效以及降低化疗药物副作用的研究。方法选取2019年07月—2021年01月河南大学第一附属医院经组织病理学证实的65例晚期NSCLC患者,用随机数字表法:观察组33例,给予吸氢联合培美曲塞+顺铂;对照组32例,给予培美曲塞+顺铂。比较两组治疗前后的Karnofsky体能状态评分(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)、血清肿瘤标志物水平糖类抗原125(Carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125)和癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、药物相关的毒副作用以及实体肿瘤疗效评价。结果疾病控制率观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4个周期后,2组患者血清CA125和CEA水平较化疗前降低,且观察组患者血清CA125和CEA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应的发生率观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢气联合培美曲塞+顺铂,可明显提高对晚期NSCLC的治疗效果,缓解药物相关的不良反应,降低肿瘤标志物水平显著优于培美曲塞联合顺铂。Objective To explore the effect of hydrogen combined with pemetrexed and cisplatin on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs.Methods 65 patients with advanced NSCLC confirmed by histopathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=33,hydrogen inhalation combined with pemetrexed+cisplatin)and control group(n=32,pemetrexed+cisplatin).Karnofsky performance status score(KPS),serum tumor marker carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),drug related side effects,and solid tumor efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The disease control rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the serum CA125 and CEA levels of the two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy,and the serum CA125 and CEA levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen combined with pemetrexed and cisplatin can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with advanced NSCLC,alleviate adverse drug reactions,and reduce the level of tumor markers,which is better than pemetrexed combined with cisplatin.
